I just told Don of my lengthy ordeal with our gadgets and my frustration with the lack of music.
His response? " Speakers 1."
What?
"I was listening to head phones last night so I turned off the speakers. All you needed to do was push the button on the amp that said 'Speakers 1.'"
And his next response to me? "It doesn't get any simpler than that, Sue!"
Ooooooh. Silly, silly me. That's all I needed to do ...

Ahhh, yes, the joys of audiophilia. I must testify, however, that you can learn your way around these systems. After years of freaking out with our audio system at church, I can actually solve most tech problems without the aid of our sound guy, and I'm no techie. Hang in there!
